<li>Less elite recruits</li>
<li>Recruits put more emphasis on program quality</li>
<li>Big East, Big 12, Big 10 have more realistic schedules</li>
<li>Poll Logic tweaked for more early season movement</li>
<li>With players coming in with lower stats, they will progress faster. Especially at higher quality teams</li>
